Resolved Question: Why doesn't my scroll pad work anymore?

I have a Dell Inspiron N1410. I have Synaptics TouchPad V7.4 Since yesterday the scroll part on the touch pad was not working. I tried going to the control panel, then mouse, but it didn't work and this popped up http://www.flickr.com/photos/cudder_kid/6809557577/in/photostream/lightbox/ If I click yes, this will pop up http://www.flickr.com/photos/cudder_kid/6809557515/in/photostream/lightbox/ And if I click no it was just exit out and nothing else happens. I found the properties for the Synaptics TouchPad and I saw that scrolling was unchecked and I try to click it but it won't let me. I click on the box and nothing happens. How can I fix this?...
